Three Years Of 5-Star Success For Strata

For the third consecutive year, Strata has been awarded five-star status by the House Builders Federation (HBF) as 94.7%* of its customers confirmed that they would recommend the brand to a friend.

Strata, which has developments across Wakefield, is one of just 20 UK builders to achieve five stars and receive the highest accolade the industry offers.

The HBF Star Ratings are based on the results from the independent National New Homes Survey, a customer satisfaction self-consensus questionnaire that is completed by purchasers of new build homes. It is facilitated by the House Builders Federation and the National House Builders Council.

Andrew Weaver, Chief Executive at Strata, comments: “The HBF customer satisfaction survey began as a series of quality benchmarks for our business against the rest of the industry with a bias towards the sales and production arenas. We learnt that it is so much more; it impacts upon all areas of our business and the entire customer journey.

“It is now embedded into our culture and signifies something far deeper and enriching: It symbolises our whole attitude towards our relationship with our people, our supply chain and our customer. I would like to say a huge thank you to each one of them; we work together to create something very special and this accolade could not have been achieved without them!”

The HBF National New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey is the most comprehensive, large scale survey of its type carried out in the UK. It is acknowledged as a performance barometer for the industry and for individual UK house builders.

Results from the National New Home Survey covers the 12 months from October 2016 to September 2017.
