Tracy has been a HR professional for over two decades – working in both public and private sectors, and with people at start-ups, SMEs and large companies with a national (and even international) presence. So you could say she’s seen a lot: from managing embarrassingly sensitive personal issues in the workplace to handling large scale redundancies. As an expert in the HR field, Tracy knew she could give back more to small, medium businesses and had a very clear vision about the support she wanted to offer and that was fresh and innovative, commercial and no holds barred.
