fds Director Services, based in Wakefield, has advised on the sale of a cotton and jute printed bag wholesale company to the management team.
The deal was headed by Poonam Kaur, Managing Director and supported by CEO Jo Haigh, who worked alongside Roger Dyson and Henry Hill of hlw Keeble Hawson to drive through a successful sale and ensuring the client’s requirements were met.
Established in 2007 by founder and former owner Julia Gash, the company trades nationally and internationally, making branded cloth bags as an eco-friendly, fairly traded alternative to plastic bags. The company’s products act as a sustainable marketing tool or ethical fashion accessory for an extensive client list.
